SmartCall uses modern sensor technology to determine the fill level of a glass and visualizes this information on the terminals, tablets or smartphones of the catering staff. In addition, each guest can also contact the staff directly via integrated service buttons.

The complete transmission and analysis of all filling level data runs via the web application programmed by ROBIOTIC – including a sophisticated IoT security concept. The devices can be freely integrated: POS system, tablet or smartphone.
Fill levels and glass types are displayed on a user interface in several levels – via POS system, tablet, smartphone, etc. An additional display with a three-color traffic light model provides even more overview.
The fill level data determined by the SmartCall is transmitted to the ROBIOTIC IoT cloud via mobile communications technology and then visualized on a dashboard. An integrated IoT security concept ensures data security and data protection.
Booking errors or even forgotten bookings, unreadable strokes on the beer mat? All a thing of the past: the SmartCall beverage order system automatically creates the invoice for each guest. Simple, digital, reliable.
